Las sociedades cooperativas que se funden de conformidad con la Ley 0134 de 1931 y con este Decreto gozarán de las exenciones y derechos consagrados en el Decreto 1108 de 1932, siempre que se sometan a las condiciones establecidas en los siguientes artículos.
