º Son funciones del Consejo Nacional de Policía

1.

Asesorar al Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal en la adopción de los planes y programas generales de la Policía Judicial.

2.

Formular las indicaciones que considere pertinentes para el funcionamiento del servicio.

3.

Vigilar la actividad de la Policía Judicial en el país.

4.

Solicitar al Gobierno Nacional la adopción de medidas tendientes al buen funcionamiento del servicio.
