La presente ley rige a partir de su promulgación, deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial aquellas mediante las cuales se hayan creado las Comisiones Accidentales de Paz de Cámara y Senado, cuyos asuntos serán de competencia de las Comisiones creadas por la presente ley.
