Para efectos de la inscripción el Inspector de Trabajo deberá anotar en el libro de registro los nombres de los directores, indicando sus respectivos cargos. Inmediatamente comunicará esa circunstancia a la División de Relaciones Colectivas de Trabajo, con el fin de que esta dependencia realice las anotaciones del caso en el archivo especializado.
