ARTICULO 4.3.1.22.- COMITE CONSULTIVO. La Superintendencia de Valores tendrá un Comité Consultivo, el cual estará compuesto por el número de miembros que fije el Presidente de la República. El Presidente de la República determinará las entidades que designarán dichos miembros, uno de los cuales será nombrado por las bolsas de valores establecidas en el país y otro por los inversionistas institucionales. Dicho Comité asesorará al Superintendente de Valores y a la Sala General de la Superintendencia en el cumplimiento de sus respectivas funciones, cuando así le sea solicitado. El Superintendente de Valores deberá convocar dicho Comité por lo menos trimestralmente.
