Los artículos de estos estatutos se interpretarán unos con otros, dándose a cada uno el sentido que mejor convenga a los estatutos en su totalidad. Mientras dure la participación transitoria del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras en el capital de la sociedad se dará aplicación al artículo 6º de la Ley 117 de 1985. Una vez el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras venda su participación en el capital del Banco, la entidad perderá su carácter de oficial, conforme al artículo 6º de la Ley 117 de 1985.
