El que estando obligado por la ley a suministrar datos para registros sometidos a la inspección de la autoridad o acerca de las propias operaciones industriales, comerciales o profesionales, escriba o suministre indicaciones falsas, incurre en el arresto hasta por seis meses y en la multa de diez a dos mil pesos.
