Artículo séptimo. Las personas que hubieren solicitado licencia de farmacia o Credencial de Director de Droguería, con posterioridad a la vigencia de la ley 17 de 1974, y siempre que tales solicitudes no se hallaren resueltas podrán pedir al Ministerio de Salud Pública, le sea reconocida la solicitud como de credencial de expendedor de drogas previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el presente decreto.
