Art. 3º. La omisión de lo ordenado en los dos artículos anteriores, no es causa de nulidad de los instrumentos en que se haya incurrido, pero el Notario responsable será castigado con la suspensión de su empleo por uno á tres meses; y, además, con una multa igual al importe del impuesto que haya dejado de cubrirse hasta la fecha del instrumento que se trate.
