º. Patrimonio técnico. El cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia se efectuará con base en el patrimonio técnico que refleje cada sociedad de capitalización, calculado de acuerdo con las reglas de los artículos siguientes, esto es, mediante la suma del patrimonio básico y del patrimonio adicional.
