ARTICULO 7o. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y su vigencia se extenderá por el tiempo de la Conmoción Interior, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno la prorrogue de conformidad con lo previsto por el inciso 3° del artículo 213 de la Constitución.
