Art. 2304. La ajencia oficiosa o jestion de negocios ajenos, llamada comúnmente jestion de negocios, es un contrato (sic) por el cual el que administra sin mandato los bienes de alguna persona, se obliga para con ésta, i la obliga en ciertos casos.
