° Libertad de modelos y versiones. Las empresas terminales podrán ensamblar libremente modelos y versiones de vehículos automotores, obligándose a prestar el servicio postventa y garantizar el suministro de repuestos. Introducidos al mercado el nuevo modelo o la nueva versión del vehículo correspondiente, la empresa ensambladora deberá informar sobre tal hecho al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, dentro del mes siguiente, acompañado de la ficha técnica que lo caracteriza. Igualmente deberán informar semestralmente la producción total por modelos y sus ventas.
