El propietario de un vehículo vinculado sin exclusividad a una empresa de trasporte terrestre público automotor de carga podrá contratar transitoriamente con otra empresa, poniendo a disposición de ésta su capacidad transportadora. Esta facultad se extiende a quien legalmente lo represente.
