Los gastos que demande la Revisoría serán de cargo del Instituto, el cual atenderá a ellos mediante el pago, por semestres anticipados, de las sumas que presupueste la Superintendencia para este fin. Los saldos a favor o a cargo del Instituto, provenientes de la ejecución de tales presupuestos semestrales se incorporarán en el presupuesto destinado al semestre inmediatamente siguiente.
