Régimen para situaciones de desastre o calamidad de las entidades territoriales. Independientemente del régimen previsto en este Decreto, los órganos competentes de las entidades territoriales podrán adoptar un régimen propio sobre situaciones de desastre o calamidad en sus respectivos territorios.
