° Quedan igualmente suspendidas las siguientes oficinas: Las telegráficas de las líneas que no están en servicio ; La Inspeccion jeneral de Aduanas i Marina ; La Biblioteca nacional ; La Oficina de cobros ejecutivos i la de encomiendas. .° El Rector de la Escuela de Literatura i Filosofía de la Universidad nacional, durante la suspension de los empleados de la Biblioteca, se hará cargo de las llaves de ese establecimiento, i cuidará de su seguridad.
