Transición . Las empresas que cuenten con licencia de funcionamiento vigente, tendrán doce (12) meses, contados a partir de la publicación del presente Decreto para acreditar los requisitos exigidos para la habilitación.

Parágrafo

Las disposiciones relacionadas con la operación y la prestación del servicio, serán de aplicación inmediata.
