Artículo Quinto. Adiciónase el artículo 48 del Decreto 2655 de 1973 con el siguiente numeral: "f) No efectuar, dentro de los treinta dias siguientes al vencimiento del periodo de prueba, a la calificación a la que se refiere el articulo 15 de este Decreto; o no expedir, si a ello hubiere lugar, el título de idoneidad correspondiente.
