°. Vigencia y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y adiciona el Capítulo 6 al Título 8 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1082 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional. A partir del 1° de julio de 2026 quedarán derogados del Título 8 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1082 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional, los capítulos 1, 2, 3 y 4; la oración “Por tal motivo, el Registro Social de Hogares, como herramienta de focalización, tiene un espectro más amplio que el Sisbén, y representa el sistema hacia el cual transitará la focalización del gasto social.” del numeral 4 del artículo 2.2.8.5.3, los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 2.2.8.5.4 y el artículo 2.2.8.5.10.
