° Vigilantes y escoltas. Los integrantes de las empresas de vigilancia privada se denominan vigilantes o escoltas según el servicio que presten y su actuación como tales estará bajo la responsabilidad de la entidad para todos los efectos legales, sin perjuicio de la acción correspondiente a que haya lugar por infracciones a la ley penal.
