ARTICULO l° Auxíliase con la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000-00) la casa del limpiabotas de Bogotá, con destino al levantamiento de planos, construcción y terminación de la obra.

Es entendido que el edificio o edificios que con esta suma se levanten, se aplicarán exclusivamente al gremio de limpiabotas organizado; se le entregará o entregarán a su Personero o Junta Directiva, sin que en ningún caso se le pueda o se les pueda dar otra destinación.
