Prestaciones de Oficiales y Suboficiales del escalafón complementario . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales inscritos en el escalafón complementario, conservarán todas las prerrogativas jerárquicas y las obligaciones correspondientes a su grado y antigüedad. Las prestaciones sociales a que haya lugar se liquidarán con base a las asignaciones que devenguen en el momento en que aquellas se causen, teniendo en cuenta lo preceptuado para los Oficiales y Suboficiales del escalafón regular.
