Ley 37 de 1946 · Por la cual se crea la Radiodifusora del Congreso Nacional y se dictan otras disposiciones

Vótase la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000) para cubrir los gastos que ocasione la instalación y montaje de la Radiodifusora del Congreso. Queda el Gobierno autorizado para abrir los créditos ordinarios y extraordinarios necesarios al Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, de tal suerte que la Radiodifusora esté montada y funcionando para el 20 de julio de 1947.

Parágrafo

Para este efecto el Gobierno no estará sujeto a las disposiciones del Código Fiscal sobre licitación y los contratos serán hechos por el Ministerio de Gobierno, asesorado por el Director de la Radiodifusora Nacional.
