En lo relativo a las asambleas deliberatorias de los clubes con deportistas profesionales, el quórum lo constituirá la mitad más uno de los títulos de aportación con derecho a voto, salvo cuando se trate de adopción de estatutos, o sus reformas, fijación o cambio de domicilio o de estructura administrativa, que requerirán el voto favorable de las dos terceras partes de los títulos de aportación con derecho a voto.
