º . Objeto

Contribuír al mejoramiento de las condiciones educativas de los estudiantes de las Comunidades Negras para garantizar un buen rendimiento en el proceso de formación, tanto académico como social.

Fomentar el desarrollo étnico, económico y social de los estudiantes de las Comunidades Negras mediante un proceso teórico-práctico que lo articule al trabajo comunitario.

Facilitar el acceso y permanencia de Las comunidades negras a la educación superior y así apoyar la orientación de sus propias formas de desarrollo.
