Decreto 3215 de 2003 · por el cual se determinan unas funciones especificas a encomendar a particulares, en materia de comercio exterior, y se adoptan otras disposiciones.

º . Duración . Las funciones a las que se refiere el presente decrete serán ejercidas por el término de cinco (5) años, contados a partir del mes siguiente a la fecha del perfeccionamiento del convenio en virtud del cual el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y la persona privada seleccionada acuerdan el ejercicio de dichas funciones.

Parágrafo

Por motivos de interés público o social y en cualquier tiempo, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo podrá dar por terminada la autorización otorgada a la persona privada seleccionada para ejercer las funciones administrativas atribuidas.
