ARTICULO 9o . Transitorio. - Dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente Decreto, la Junta Directiva de TELECOM y las demás autoridades, adoptarán los estatutos internos y las disposiciones necesarias para la organización y funcionamiento de la Entidad. Mientras se expiden éstos, se continuará aplicando las normas legales, los estatutos internos y las normas reglamentarias vigentes a la fecha de su reestructuración.
