Artículo único. Los funcionarios de Hacienda no tendrán en lo sucesivo derecho a cobrar al interesado emolumento alguno por la cancelación de las guías de tránsito protectoras de los artículos gravados con el impuesto de consumo, de que tratan los artículos 9º , 10, 11 y 14 del Decreto número 161 de 1915.

Parágrafo

Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 14 del Decreto número 161 citado.
