La Nación y el Municipio en cada caso elaborarán contratos que garanticen la instalación, el funcionamiento y correcto servicio de las seccionales de la Oficina Nacional de Bromatología.

Parágrafo

Según cálculos que deberá elaborar el Ministerio de Higiene, se incluirá dentro del Presupuesto Nacional, a partir del año fiscal de 1949, la partida correspondiente, o en subsidio queda autorizado el Gobierno para hacer los traslados y abrir los créditos que al efecto sean necesarios.
