5.4.5.1.1. Ofrecimiento al público. Los contratos sobre índices bursátiles, índices de divisas o índices de rentabilidad, que se estructuren y negocien en las bolsas de valores o en otros sistemas de negociación de valores, sólo podrán ser ofrecidos al público previa su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores-RNVE. NOTA : Esta disposición fue reubicada desde el artículo 5.4.5.1.1 y modificada en este lugar, de conformidad con el artículo 97 del decreto 1745 del 2020.
