Artículo quinto. El inciso 1 o del artículo 298 del Código Civil quedará así: "Los padres son responsables, en la administración de los bienes del hijo, por toda disminución o deterioro que se deba a culpa aún leve, o a dolo". En los anteriores términos se modifica el artículo 32 del Decreto 2820 de 1974.
