Art. 302. Comenzado el juicio, no podrá suspenderse, á no ser de que hayan transcurrido más de tres horas sin haber principiado la conferencia: en este caso continuará al día siguiente á la hora que fije el Juez. Así en este día como en los siguientes, puede también suspenderse por igual causa, para continuarla después en los mismos términos.
