Art. 377. Si despues cambiare alguna de las circunstancias espresadas en el rejistro i en la patente, se anotará así en uno i otro decumento, con autorizacion de uno de los funcionarios a cuyo cargo ser halla el libro de rejistro, si fuere en un puerto colombiano habilitado al efecto ; o segun las leyes del respectivo país, si no fuere en alguno de los Estados marítimos de la República.
