En la cabecera del Circuito de Bogotá habrá ocho Jueces; en las de los Circuitos de Facatativá y Zipaquirá habrá tres Jueces en cada una; en las de los Circuitos de Chocontá, Girardot, Guaduas, oriente, Tequendama y Ubaté habrá dos Jueces en cada una; y en las de los demás Circuitos enumerados en el artículo anterior sólo habrá un Juez.
