Art. 1.° Autorízase al Gobierno para que de la suma destinada por el artículo 4.° de la Ley 103 de 22 de Diciembre de 1890, sobre creación de Misiones en la región regada por los ríos Putumayo, Caquetá y sus afluentes, destine ocho mil pesos ($ 8,000) para auxiliar las Misiones establecidas por los Padres Redentoristas y los Padres Capuchinos en las regiones regadas por los ríos San Juan y Atrato.
