Los propietarios de los vehículos que se han visto afectados en el ejercicio de su actividad a causa del Coronavirus COVID-19 podrán retirar del Fondo hasta el ochenta y cinco por ciento (85%) de los recursos aportados con el fin de garantizar un ingreso mínimo. Se le entregará al propietario los recursos de los que disponga en su cuenta individual.
