En caso de incumplimiento de los Compromisos de Apertura, la Comisión Nacional de Valores informará tal hecho dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en la cual se establezca el incumplimiento, a la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales correspondiente al domicilio principal de la sociedad.
