Del traslado de la acusación. En el auto que admita la acusación se ordenará dar traslado al procesado y a su defensor por el término común de cinco días, contados a partir de su ejecutoria. En el acto de notificación se les entregará copia de la acusación. El expediente quedará en Ia, Secretaría a disposición de la parte defensora por el mismo tiempo.
