Tan pronto como la realización de las obras permita establecer debidamente los beneficios que reciban las tierras por él cobijadas, se procederá a realizar un nuevo avalúo de éstas por peritos del cuerpo de avaluadores del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi. Dicho avalúo será la base para el reparto de la tasa de valorización y para señalar el precio de venta de las tierras que los antiguos propietarios deseen adquirir conforme al artículo siguiente.
