Los Jefes ú Oficiales á quienes se conceda licencia por estar convalecientes de enfermedad contraída á causa del servicio, podrá gozar de su sueldo íntegro hasta por seis meses, á juicio del Gobierno; pero si la enfermedad proviniere de mala conducta no tendrán derecho á esta gracia.
