º Funcionarios y dependencias. El Fondo para la Participación Ciudadana no contará con planta de personal ni dependencias propias. Para el desarrollo de su objeto dispondrá de los funcionarios del Ministerio de Gobierno que para tales fines sean designados mediante resolución expedida por el Ministro de Gobierno; y de las dependencias del Ministerio de Gobierno ubicadas a nivel nacional y regional.
