° El profesional auxiliar que aspire a obtener el certificado de que trata el artículo precedente, deberá dirigir su solicitud al Consejo Profesional Seccional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura del Departamento donde se encuentre ubicado el centro docente que expidió el título, acompañándolo del diploma debidamente registrado en la respectiva dependencia del sector educativo, el acta de grado autenticada, fotocopia del documento de identidad, dos fotografías tamaño cédula y el recibo de cancelación de los derechos correspondientes.
