Responsabilidad por el manejo de fondos. El promotor, o en su caso, el administrador u operador, serán responsables del empleo correcto de los fondos recibidos para la administración y, en general, para el cuidado, mantenimiento y conservación del establecimiento constituido en régimen de tiempo compartido turístico y para la gestión de los intereses comunes de los usuarios en relación con el mismo dentro de los términos del contrato de administración.
