La sociedad deberá tener en reserva las acciones necesarias para la conversión de los bonos. Hecha la conversión, la sociedad emisora deberá comunicar a la respectiva superintendencia, el número de acciones entregadas en pago de los bonos convertibles así como la correspondiente variación en el monto de su capital suscrito.
