Parágrafo

al artículo 94 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

Los depósitos temporales privados para las industrias de transformación y/o ensamble y los depósitos temporales privados de carácter transitorio podrán habilitarse fuera del lugar de arribo o del lugar próximo al mismo, en los términos y condiciones que establezca la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN)” .
