El Código Contencioso Administrativo tendrá un nuevo artículo transitorio cuyo texto será el siguiente: Artículo Transitorio 194A. Del recurso extraordinario de súplica . Los procesos por recursos extraordinarios de súplica que están en trámite y pendientes de fallo en la Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo, pasarán al conocimiento y decisión de las Salas Especiales Transitorias de Decisión previstas en la Ley 954 de 2005 .
