° Cooperación del Ministerio del Trabajo. El Fondo Nacional de Ahorro y las entidades afiliadas a él podrán solicitar a los funcionarios competentes del Ministerio del Trabajo que intervengan en la liquidación definitiva del valor de las cesantías o en los litigios judiciales que sobre ellas versen, a fin de verificar y asegurar la auténtica y correcta fijación de las mismas.
