Articulo 209 . Depósito de cesantías . La Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, a Medida que las apropiaciones presupuéstales lo permitan podrá depositar en la Caja de Vivienda Militar los dineros que considere disponibles y que haya sido destinados para el pago de cesantía de los Oficiales y Suboficiales. La Caja podrá utilizar esos dineros en el desarrollo de sus actividades ordinarias, manteniendo a órdenes de la Policía Nacional, con liquidez inmediata el porcentaje que el Ministro de Defensa Nacional determine.
