ARTICULO 3.2.3.1.- REUNIONES DE BOLSA. La reuniones públicas de las bolsas se denominarán “Ruedas” y serán presididas por el gerente o por quien haga sus veces, quien tendrá la facultad para resolver las dificultades que en ella se presenten. Las decisiones que sobre el particular tome serán apelables ante el consejo directivo.
